Our Mission

Hearts & Minds Music, LLC was established to put a song in the heart and develop the mind of every child. By respecting and affirming each child's individual skills and developmental stage, we help every child develop a lifelong love of learning and music. We are pleased to offer the highly-respected and carefully researched Kindermusik® curriculum to the children of our northern-Fairfield County community.
 		 

Summer 2010 at Hearts and Minds Music

These summer classes were created by the musical learning experts at Kindermusik International. Every activity helps children learn how they learn best: by inspiring their natural sense of wonder and imagination in a developmentally appropriate, musical way. Plus, they are taught ONLY by a licensed and trained Kindermusik educator.

Babies (newborn - 18 months) with parent/caregiver: Village
Wednesdays 10:30 - 11:15
Classes are held once a week for 45 minutes.  Each session runs for 5 weeks and includes a set of at-home materials (CD, instrument or other item, literature component).
June 13 - July 16, Busy Days
July 19 - August 20, Peek-a-boo, I love you
$118 per 5 week session

Babies & Toddlers (6 months to 3 years): Sign & Sing
Tuesdays 9:30 - 10:15
June 13 - August 20
Classes meet once a week for 45 minutes.  This session runs for 10 weeks and includes a set of at-home materials (DVD, flash cards, Activity Guide).
$236 for 10 weeks

Toddlers (18 months to 4 years) with parent/caregiver: ABC Music & Me 2-4
Tuesdays, 10:30 - 11:15
Wednesdays, 9:30 - 10:15
Thursdays, 10:30 - 11:15
Classes meet once a week for 45 minutes.  Each session runs for 4 weeks and includes a set of at-home materials (CD, magazine-style family guide that includes fun activities to do at home as well as the story used in each class).
June 6 - July 2, Splash (this session will not be held on Wednesdays)
July 5 - July 30, Silly All Over
August 2 - August 27, Let's Play
$89 per 4-week session

Pre-schoolers (3 years to 5 years) without adult present: ABC Music & Me 3-5
Tuesday & Thursday 12:00 - 2:00
Classes held twice a week in 2-week increments.  Each session includes a set of at-home materials (CD, magazine-style family guide that includes fun activities to do at home as well as the story used in each class).  These classes will also incorporate a craft each day and snack or lunch.  Please send in your choice of snack/lunch each day with your child.
