Our Mission

Hearts & Minds Music, LLC was established to put a song in the heart and develop the mind of every child. By respecting and affirming each child's individual skills and developmental stage, we help every child develop a lifelong love of learning and music. We are pleased to offer the highly-respected and carefully researched Kindermusik® curriculum to the children of our northern-Fairfield County community.
 		 

Register For A Class
  
You may register for your Kindermusik class online. There are two possible ways to make your payment: online with credit card through our secure link to PayPal for payments in full, or you can submit this online registration form and then send your check made out to Hearts and Minds Music, LLC  to 19 Danbury Road, Ridgefield, CT 06877.  See "Payment Policy" below for complete details.

Spring 2010 class fees, which include tuition, materials and taxes: 

  • Village:  $167 or about $21 per week for 8 weeks, 45 minutes in class per week
  • Our Time:  $299 or about $20 per week for 15 weeks, 45 minutes in class per week
  • Imagine That:  $309 or about $21 per week for 15 weeks, 45 minutes in class per week
  • Young Child:  $354 or about $24 per week for 15 weeks, 60 minutes in class per week Compare to private instrument lessons!
  • Family Time:  $299 for one child, $180 for 2nd child, $100 for each additional child after two. Babies younger than 9 months are free. Or about $16 per week per child for 2 children for 15 weeks, 45 minutes in class per week.

Payment Policy:
For fall/spring programs, we now offer three payment options:
a) Payment in full at time of registration, payable via our online credit card system or check
b) A deposit of 25% due at registration to hold a spot in class, with the balance due on or before the first class, payable via check or with credit card (in our studio or over the phone)

For summer programs:
1) Payment in full is due at registration. (If you would like to arrange a custom payment plan, please let us know.)
2) Deduct $20 from your total if registering for 2 or more classes.  This can be 2 classes in the same session, 2 classes in two different sessions, or 2 children in the same class.  (Unfortunately, our online credit card system cannot accomodate this discount.  If you qualify for this discount and would like to pay by credit card, please call or e-mail us and we can charge your credit card for you.)

Checks should be made payable to "Hearts & Minds Music, LLC". A check returned unpaid (for any reason) will be charged $25.

Registration Fee:  An annual non-refundable registration fee of $20 per family is required.  Please add this to your payment check or Paypal shopping cart (if paying in full with credit card.)  For those families putting down a deposit or using the flexible payment plan, this fee is due with the deposit payment.

Discounts:  For fall and spring classes, a tuition discount of $35 may be taken for the 2nd child enrolled in the same class as a sibling.  If paying by credit card online, look for the sibling add-to-cart buttons when checking out via Paypal.

For fall/spring classes, a tuition discount of $20 may be taken for the 2nd child in the family enrolled with us.  If you would like to take this discount, please pay by check or via credit card in our studio as our online credit card system cannot yet accomodate this type of discount.

Ask about home materials discounts if you have home materials for the current unit from a previous enrollment.  You will not have to repurchase them, and we can tell you what your new, lower total fee will be.

Registration:  Although you may join our classes at any time if space allows, please register early since class sizes are limited and many fill quickly.  Registering at least 3 weeks before the class begins also ensures that we will have your child's materials ready at the first class. Enrollment is on-going after the start of the semester if space is available in the class.  In this situation, please inquire about pro-rated tuition.
